COLORFUL COCKTAIL in the Truman Annex
Property was still being cleaned when we arrived at the airport so Compass Realty let us store our luggage until our 4:00 check in time. The condo unit was well stocked, clean and spacious for a family of five. Parking directly in front of the unit was a big plus compared to their units we’ve stayed in at the Truman Annex. Just one block from the Green Parrot, our favorite bar, and two blocks from Duval. Very close to the Waterfront Park is excellent for sunset view. We liked it so much, we already booked the same unit for two trips next year.

Good Place to Stay
The Colorful Cocktail is a delightful place to stay. The place has enough room for four people to stay there comfortably. The condo has a lot of character with the artwork, deck and balcony just off of the smaller upstairs bedroom. The deck in the back was my father's favorite part of the house. The location is perfect too. If you want to hit Duval Street, it's two blocks away. If you want to hit a great bar that's off Duval, the Green Parrot is just a short block away. Maybe Mallory Square is too rowdy for your sunset watching needs? That's cool, the water front park scratches that itch with a more mellow mood.While I enjoyed my stay, I do have a couple of criticisms about the place. We had an ant problem in the kitchen upon arrival. I noticed it the night we got in. You may ask: Why would you use the kitchen? You're in Key West! My father has a medical condition and he requires a special diet, so we used the kitchen a little more than the average person. I did report it Compass Realty, they said exterminator services would be stopping by. Unfortunately we didn't see any evidence of it. We just kept the kitchen area meticulous and it seemed to mitigate the issue. The other problem was the air conditioning for the unit. It wasn't working properly and the Keys were having heat advisory warnings the week we stayed. The heating and cooling techs had to come out 3 different times before the air was fixed. Compass Realty did ensure it was fixed, however, so I'm grateful for their help.Overall I would recommend this, the location is great and the condo is very comfortable. I gotta knock it down a star because of the maintenance issues we had. A little preventative maintenance would have made this perfect place to stay instead of just a great place to stay.

This condo was the perfect size for our family if 5. The location was amazing, as we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. We had an amazing vacation! Colorful Cocktail and Key West did not disappoint!!

Great location
So easy to get to all the best restaurants, boat excursions and shopping. We biked or walked everywhere! Rental had everything we needed even lots of beach towels. It was a good size for the 4 of us and so nice to have 2.5 bathrooms!! Do wish they was a better way to access the keys after hours. Very inconvenient.

My buddies and I came and stayed for lobster mini season and this was the perfect stay! Great amenities, awesome patio, right next to duval, and plenty of sleeping arrangements. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Place
Colorful Cocktail results in a perfect vacation. The four of us(some non related), had plenty of room, utilizing the bedrooms and the den futon. Beautifully accented with artwork and all necessary appliances, beach towels, etc. Perfectly located, only a block and a half from our favorite nightspot (Green Parrot). We would definitely stay here again. Only caveat is that management property not open on Saturday, the most popular rental day

Cute Condo, Close to Everything
This is a well maintained condo in the Truman Annex and very convenient to downtown, Zachary Taylor State Park and Duval Street. It has all the needed amenities in the kitchen and bath. Cute decor. Everything worked as it should (although light switches are very confusing). We enjoyed our stay here thoroughly.

Overall a great place. Location is perfect!!! Loft bedroom gets very hot, the fan that’s provided helps a little. NEED labels on light switches and fans. Spent more time figuring out switches downstairs and trying on lights upstairs and vice versa.

Cute place with great space
This is a lovely condo with great color. However, it does need a little maintenance. There were multiple lights with either wiring issues or bulbs out (upstairs shower, downstairs bedroom, stair lights), the flooring has major gaps from poor installation and will move on you if you're not careful, and the back french door lock kept sliding down and catching because the tape holding it was bad.

Our stay at Colorful Cocktail was amazing! Great location, beds were comfortable, outdoor patio was awesome. We will definitely be back! Pool and parking were great too! Only negative thing I could say was there was no grill to cook on.

Powerboat Races 16 years minus only covid year..
We really enjoyed our condo(Colorful Cocktail).We decided that of all the condod we have had this one fit our needs the best.We wanted to rebook for the 2022 races but the massive price increase of approximately 85% gave us pause.We will look for other options in old town K W or take our group to some other destination. sincerely James Kisela

This property was so comfortable and spacious. We loved the decor, colors and furniture. The home was well supplied with kitchen essentials, towels, sheets, and washer and dryer. The back deck with the trees and plants was enjoyable as well. The location of this property was great, as it was within walking distance to everything! We highly recommend!

Perfect
This property was amazing! We loved the lay out and the decor. It was very clean. The place we stay on vacation is important, as I want it to be comfortable to hang out there. This property was very comfortable in every way. You can't beat the location in Key West, as it is in within walking distance to everything. Compass Realty was great to work with as well.

Property was just as described
The property was just as described. The rooms were a very good size. Plenty of space for everyone. The neighborhood was beautiful. It was in a central location; easy walk to all of our destinations. The pool was kept very clean, just the right size. Check in was very easy at Compass Realty. The people they were very helpful.
