Great Rental
Comfortable, clean and updated. Easy access into the unit upon arrival and easy check-out. Walking distance to most everything but there is an assigned, covered parking spot if needed. Close to pool. Nice, comfortable outdoor patio space and furniture. We also appreciated the cable TV. Only minor suggestion is the outdoor patio floor should be swept/cleaned better. We will stay here again!

Perfect Location
Whenever we visit KW, we always stay in the Truman Annex. We’ve never had a bad place to stay. This year was no different. The house was really nice! Exactly like it appears in the pictures. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4. Great location, with a short (less than 5 minutes) walk to Mallory Square and Duval, yet still quiet when you want to get away from the festivities. We took an Uber to/from the airport and just walked everywhere throughout the week. The pool was much smaller than we expected, but it was well-maintained and never crowded. We would absolutely stay here again!

Admirals Paradise July 2024
We've had the good fortune of renting in Truman Annex many times and this unit was one of the most outstanding. Everything seemed professionally decorated and well thought out. The furnishings were comfortable and of the highest quality. All of the rooms showed a great deal of thought in the way that they were decorated and lacked for nothing. All of the fixtures, lighting, and appliances are of the highest quality. The construction inside of the unit featured extensive moulding and quality finishes. The workmanship was impeccable. Even with these qualities the unit was comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing. You can't beat the location, which was steps from the pool and close to everything on Duval. This is definitely the place to stay, and a shout out to Stacy at Compass Realty for answering the few questions that we had. The only upgrade would be a Keurig in the kitchen. We will definitely be back soon.

wonderful vacay in KW!
The Admiral's Paradise is a beautiful townhouse. It is well-equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in KW. We ordered groceries from Publix via instacart and they were delivered the same day. There is also a local grocery in walking distance and we went there several times as well. The Admiral's Paradise is in the perfect location to enjoy Old Town and the local beaches and State Park. We didn't miss having a car at all! We took a guided bike tour on our 2nd day and thought we'd rent bikes another day, but never did, we just walked everywhere. There is a pool next door but only for "dipping", it's not big enough for swimming.

Amazing time
In previous trips we have stayed in the shipyard condos in the Truman Annex. This time we brought another couple with us. This property is beautiful and very spacious. There was plenty of room for both couples. The unit was beautifully decorated and had updated appliances. It was nice having the pool right outside our front door. I would definitely recommend this location. The only drawback is the parking space which takes some practice to get the hang off getting in and out of. I hope to be back again soon.

Awesome Place to Stay!
We throughly enjoyed this rental. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and in a great location. Close to Duval St and Fort Zachary Taylor beach. This is the best unit we have rented in the Truman Annex by far! Can’t wait to come back and stay again next year.

Very nice unit; excellent location; nicely furnished and maintained; parking adjacent to front door; proximity to pool is good. Our only negative was a small problem with the master bath which we reported and never had a response or solution from rental agency. Would definitely stay there again.

Paradise
We use Compass Realty every year. They have always been wonderful to deal with. This location was no different. The place was very very nice and very close to the pool and close to all the action. Will use Compasss next year as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Truman Annex condo! The condo was very comfortable, immaculate and decorated beautifully with all the amenities we needed. It was so nice to have the private patio area to hang out in evenings. We loved the close proximity to Duvall, Mallory Square & the waterfront. Highly recommend!

A very good rental experience
Compass Realty did a professional job of handling the property and reservation process. The description and photos were accurate. Immaculately clean. Truman Annex was a great location. Communication with Compass was mostly fast and answered all my questions. The app wouldn't work until just prior to arrival (but was kind of worthless any way). Compass' web site however is quite useful. Compass handled the property and reservation quite professionally.

Gorgeous Townhome in Truman Annex
Where to start? The property is exactly as described and photographed. A very attractive place to spend some vacation time. One of the cleanest properties I have ever rented. Be aware that only the bare essentials are provided (a starter supply of T.P., paper towels, detergent,...). There are no spices, oil, vinegar,... I suppose this is a result of Covid and all things considered not a bad precaution. This has been true of other recent rentals, so not unique. Just plan accordingly. Fausto's is an excellent market 4 blocks away that has everything you might need. The house is missing nothing for a self-catered vacation. The location in Truman's Annex was great. The Annex area is very well maintained, close to Mallory Square, Duval Street and the the free bus. Look at Google maps to see how convenient it is. There was a previous comment about the parking spot being difficult. If there are other cars next to you "difficult" would be an understatement, but if you are driving down the covered parking is a great bonus. The location is so good we didn't move our car the entire stay so don't sweat the parking. Lastly there is Compass Realty, the management company. Excellent and complete communications. Among the best I have experienced. They got me everything I needed to know well ahead of time and responded to the few questions I did have. I have no reservations recommending this property. Loved our stay there.

Almost paradise
Perfect location, quiet, well maintained and spotlessly clean. The kitchen contained all the basics and then some. But renters should be aware that the covered parking space is difficult to get into. Our standard-sized car barely fit; anything larger would not have made it.

Truly Paradise
I loved the openness of the large main room. The bedrooms and bathrooms are luxurious. It is a nice, relatively quiet, corner of Key West, but close enough to everything. The staff is very responsive.

Property was very clean, open and inviting. Perfect for our family of 4 adults. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large. Kitchen and great room/dining area was very spacious. Also served as home base with other family who stayed nearby. Outdoor patio comfortable and beautifully landscaped with daily visits from lizards and chickens. Beautiful property and smartly decorated. Didn’t get to use the pool as neighbors/other guests were constantly using and limit was 7 at a time in pool area

Fabulous!
Absolutely a fabulous stay! This was newly remodeled and very nice. Great location in Truman Annex. Just outside of the party zone but close enough to walk everywhere. Pool is just steps from the unit. We were very comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. Only complaint was the ice maker in the freezer did not work properly. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful but some of the furniture (Living room and out door) was dirty and worn. Roosters crowing early was an issue.
