The main level of Above it All has a king sized bed in the master bedroom; on the 2nd floor is a queen loft bedroom with its own full bathroom, spacious shower, private balcony and ocean view; the family room has a queen sofa sleeper if extra room is needed. The formal living & dining rooms have views over the pool and lush tropical plants-that is Key West. With all this extra room you and your family will feel right at home - enough space to spread out and have a great time! Mornings wake-up to coffee in your own bistro courtyard garden (with a grill and blooming orchids) beside the pool, or on a middle level veranda, or inside at the extra-large dining room table overlooking the pool. Nice time at Above the Horizon
This unit was as described. Very clean and well equipped with amenities. Plenty of room for our family of 4, but could accommodate 6+. Location was very nice, quiet section of Truman Annex with pool. Walking distance to Duval St. We would recommend. Green Parrot, First Flight, Blue Heaven, Island Dogs, Celtic Republic of Conch, General Hospitality, took fish we caught to Dante's, too many places to list. We'll be back

Great Location
We love Truman Annex - Above It All was perfect for us and two other couples. They had never experienced KW and loved it. The place was clean and comfortable, and the area was quiet yet close to everything. Great place!

Great vacation in a beautiful condo
The entire experience was great! From reserving this unit and ease of the check in this was a fantastic vacation. The condo is awesome in the perfect location. The views from the upper balcony are awesome! Highly recommended.

Beautiful large townhouse
Our family of five- mom dad and 3 young adults (early twenties) enjoyed a week vacay in this clean beautiful town home in Truman Annex. Very quiet complex with pool outside of private outdoor patio. All the Key West attractions are walkable or bikeable from the townhouse. The management was very responsive- the coffee maker had the wrong size carafe and they brought a new one by the end of the day.Would definitely stay here again and also would work with Compass Realty again as well.Worth every penny!

Truman annex rental favorite ��
Have stayed in same unit 3yrs in a row. Location is great.We did have to make 3 different calls with hvac not working.It was a temporary fix each time, I believe.Also floors need to be damp mopped , feet can get very dirty barefoot

ABOVE IT ALL in Mills Place at The Truman Annex in Key West
My daughter and I absolutely LOVED this place. Very quite neighborhood and away from the hustle of downtown. The condo was very well kept and maintained. I had one issue with the ice maker on the refrigerator and the maintenance crew was all over it. It turned out to be the settings were not set correctly. No big deal! I loved having the pool right outside the back gate. Most of the time it was only my daughter and I swimming in the pool with no one else there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a clean quiet place to stay, but close enough to all the attractions.

Great location, quiet and secluded
We enjoyed our rentals quiet location but easy access to many points of interest. The shared heated pool is right out the back deck door. Truman Park is a short walk around the corner and Duvall Street is with minutes by foot or bike. The furniture and carpeting could use a good scrub but overall the property was clean.

A true Key West oasis
Our stay at Above it All was perfect! The unit is in a great location in Truman Annex. Easy walking or biking distance to everything in Old Town. The unit accommodated our group of five very easily. Our friends that slept on the sleeper sofa said that it was very comfortable. The entire unit was beautifully decorated and you could tell that recent renovations had been done using top of the line materials and appliances. My husband loved the kitchen appliances so much that he took pictures for when we replace our appliances at home. We loved having two full bathrooms. The gas grill outside was very handy to have and worked great. Towels and bedding were plentiful. Washer and dryer were used often and in great shape. LOVED the telescoping TV in the living room/dining room area!!

Great location and nice property
The location can’t be beat - we could ride bikes to the beach for the day, walk around Old Town as well as the back gate opening next to pool was fantastic. Small negative is that there are only 2 beds - in master and in loft. 3rd bedroom had a pull out and living room sofa did not pull out. We were originally booked in a unit with a king, 2 twins and a pull out put were moved to this unit. Everything was well kept and we enjoyed our vacation.

Great apartment in a great location
We had the pleasure of staying in this fantastic apartment in Key Weat on our recent trip from the UK. It is situated in a perfect location, just a 6 or 7 minute walk to Duval St or Mallory Sq.The apartment is set in the beautiful Truman Annex in stunning grounds and was absolutely perfect. It is decorated to a very high standard and was exactly what we wanted for our stay. Everything was straightforward during the booking process with clear instructions which gave us complete peace of mind. If we return to Key West we would stay here again without any hesitation.
